FAQs

A Email campaign report should include visibility metrics such as open and click-through rates, engagement metrics such as bounce rate and time spent on email, and conversion metrics such as conversion rates and revenue generated. Data should be segmented by campaign, channel, audience, content, objective, and date to provide specific examples of successful and unsuccessful strategies.
To analyze email campaign data, 1) choose metrics like open rate and click-through rate for visibility, engagement, and conversion. 2) Add context by comparing these metrics against the cost per email sent, date range of the campaign, and established goals or industry benchmarks. For example, compare the open rate against the industry average or previous campaign rates. 3) Segment the data by campaign, channel, audience demographics, content type, and campaign objective. For example, compare the open rate for different audience segments or different types of content.
To build an Email Campaign dashboard, 1) connect your data and accounts such as MailChimp or SendGrid. 2) Select metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate to monitor performance. 3) Segment data by campaign, channel (e.g., promotional, transactional), audience (e.g., new subscribers, repeat customers), product, customer content, objective (e.g., sales, sign-ups), and date. 4) Add filters or buttons for interactivity, like viewing specific campaigns or time periods. 5) Share the dashboard via PDF, scheduled emails, or links.
