FAQs

A growth marketing report should include a break down of metrics by visibility, engagement, and conversion. This should be further segmented by campaign, channel, audience, content, objective, and date. For example, metrics such as impressions, reach, and click-through rate fall under visibility, while likes, comments, and shares indicate engagement. Conversions can be measured through metrics like conversion rate and cost per acquisition.
To analyze growth marketing data, begin by selecting metrics categorized into visibility, engagement, and conversion. For visibility, include metrics like impressions, reach, and organic traffic. Engagement metrics could consist of click-through rates, time on site, and social media likes/shares. Conversion metrics may include lead generation, sign-ups, and sales. Next, provide context by comparing these metrics against costs, date ranges, goals, industry averages, and benchmarks. For example, compare the cost per click to industry averages to assess advertising efficiency. Then, segment the data by campaign, channel, audience, content, objective, and date. For instance, analyze the conversion rates of different campaigns, channels, or content types.
To build a growth marketing dashboard, 1) connect your data and accounts such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM. 2) Select metrics like customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates to monitor performance. 3) Segment data by campaign, channel, audience, product, customer content, objective, and date. For example, break down data by Facebook ad campaign, target audience age group, or product type. 4) Add filters or buttons for interactivity, like filtering by date range or campaign type. 5) Share your dashboard via PDF, scheduled emails, or links for easy access and review.
