Data blending
A sales performance dashboard is a visual tool that displays key sales metrics and KPIs to track the health and success of your sales department. It is significant for businesses as it provides real-time insights, helps in decision-making, and drives sales strategy. Tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI are commonly used to create these dashboards, which typically include elements like sales growth, sales target, sales opportunities, and sales by product or region. Real-time data monitoring is crucial as it allows for immediate response to trends or issues.
