If your Data Studio reports break, first go to See details on your charts to understand why they don’t work.
You may find these error messages:
- No data is displayed
- System error – Data Studio caused a system error
- Missing data source
- You don’t have slots available
- Your license expired
- I don’t see my accounts
- Sorry, we encountered an error

Reporting a problem; to help you faster when reporting a problem please share the Data Studio report you are having problems with support@portermtrics.com, remember to share it with “editor” access. Then:
- Take screenshot of the report page(s) with errors.
- Make a detailed description of the error.
- Take a screenshot of the original data from the app (e.g. Facebook Ads manager), if the data is inconsistent.
- Share those resources via chat or email so we can start solving them right away.
